I was born and raised in Brantford, and I’m proud to call this community home.

Being involved locally has always been important to me. I’ve spent years giving back through community events, giveaways, and creative collaborations that bring real value to the people around me.

For those who don’t know me, I’ve been working in real estate for over five years and have completed hundreds of transactions right here in Brantford and the surrounding area. I started my career as part of The Crew Real Estate, where I built a strong foundation, and have recently launched my own venture, Larouche Real Estate.

I bring a high energy, outgoing approach to everything I do, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service. I believe real estate should be done differently through innovation, creative marketing, and thinking outside the box to get the best results for my clients.

This giveaway came from a simple idea finding a way to give back to the community that has supported me over the years in a way that actually makes a real impact.

As someone who works closely with homeowners every day, I see firsthand how expensive and stressful major home expenses like replacing an A/C system can be.

Partnering with Middleport Mechanical allowed us to turn that reality into an opportunity to help someone in our community in a meaningful way. At the same time, this giveaway is about doing real estate differently. Instead of traditional marketing, I’d rather create something valuable, engaging, and community driven that genuinely helps people while building real relationships along the way.
